1.How do I download the templates?
Once you complete payment via PayPal we will immediately send you a download link to download your package. No waiting at all.
Our template packages are zipped in RAR format to allow lowest download time. You will need to extract the files using free RAR software. This can be downloaded here for free:
WINRAR (http://www.rarlab.com)
It is similar to ZIP files but more efficient in reducing size of download.
We have provided instructions for MAC users on how to unzip the files in the welcome email. Or please see this link:

2.Will templates be emailed to me or how it will be delivered?
No all the templates will be delivered through unique download link sent to your email.
3.Will I need any software to use downloads?
You will need to use WINRAR free software to unzip your downloaded files.
4.How many templates I will get?
If you have bought business pack you will get 15,000 templates and if you have bought premium pack you will get more than 35,000 templates. This is all you need to have your or clients website.
5.What is the mode of payments?
We accept online payment through PayPal, which is a secure way to pay. You don’t need to have PayPal account to make a purchase you can pay by Debit / Credit card through PayPal.

6. How can I edit the templates to suit my requirements?
Our templates are designed for full editability. If you are familiar with HTML or know how to use any of the HTML programs you will be able to edit you templates on the fly. For graphics you may consider using Adobe Photo Shop or Fireworks to edit you files. This can be downloaded for trial from Adobe website. For flash files please use Adobe Flash. We have included all the editable files in download.
7.Can I use the templates for my website or for my client’s website?
Yes you can use the templates for your personal or commercial website. There are no restrictions on how you want to use your templates. You can use it for client’s website if you are web designer. But you cannot resell the templates without written permission from us.
8.Do you provide .PSD, .FLA, .PNG, .AI, .EPS files?
Yes layered and fully editable files are included with templates.
9.Do you offer editing services?
If you like our templates and downloaded them but don’t know how to edit it or need our help. We will be happy to quote you a reasonable price for that. Please contact us using the contact form here.
